Phinney Bischoff believes that great ideas in digital and brand design start with inviting clients directly into the creative process. We have thrown out the typical model, where the client comes to the agency, the client briefs them on the opportunity, and the creative team then goes away and comes back with pre-ordained concepts. That's the industry standard and it's broken. We have developed a much more collaborative approach, as we believe that ultimately, a transparent, more-inclusive approach creates better work.
