Account Manager

Your role:

•You serve as the main point of contact for a complex portfolio of clients
•You manage tactical functions such as scheduling, budgeting, and deadlines
•You are a team player with a dedicated work ethic
•You have an active role in new business proposals and presentations
•Our creative and strategy teams collaborate with you to craft innovative solutions
•You have an active role in recurring revenue and building long term relationships with clients
•You have responsibility for client budget management and profit margin

The ideal set of abilities & experience:

Here's what we think it will take to do this job, but we're open to other suggestions!
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
•3+ years previous agency or brand firm experience
•Digital experience a plus
•Previous experience as main point of contact on highly integrated projects and accounts
•Exceptionally strong communication skills: written and verbal
•Proficient computer skills and interest in exploring new tools and technologies
•Demonstrated relationship building skills, both internally and with clients -- as well as strong listening abilities
•Sense of humor
