Project summary

This five-year long project started with naming, branding and strategically positioning The Bravern (including its retail and office leasing initiatives). Once fully leased, our team focused on the public launch via comprehensive advertising and digital campaigns. Our work exceeded expectations and proved integral in landing key tenants like Neiman Marcus and Microsoft. The Shops opened to rave reviews and record-breaking sales. Most stores saw their highest grand opening sales to-date, worldwide.
